Application:

AMTC Series mold temperature controllers are mainly used to heat plastic injection mould and keep the mold temperature in a stable range. Use water or oil as intermediary, equipped with special designed heating and cooling unit, AMTC machine provide a stable temperature for plastic injection mould. The water type mould temperature controller can provide maximum temperature at 120℃; while oil type mold temperature controller can provide maximum temperature at 200℃.

Micro PLC with PID temperature controller provide a high precision temperature, easy to operate.

Horizontal type water pump and oil pump provide a stable performance.

1) Condition for parameter test: temperature of chilled water: inlet 12°C,outlet 7°C;temperature of chilling water: Inlet 30°C, outlet 35°C.

2) Noise test: 1m away from the due front of the machine, 1.5m high away from the machine (noise: below 30dB)

3) "-D" means double compressor.
